Ad Types
The customer can choose to use the reserved space either for an advertisement or an advertorial. Advertorials are always marked as commercial collaboration.

Advertorial reservations made for print always include also publication online for the same price. The online publication is made after the publication of the magazine with the same content as in print.

4. Ad Types and Prices Online

We offer comprehensive possibilities for digital advertising on the Ikkunapaikka.fi website, on social media and through the newsletter sent to tourism professionals.

Native Advertising on the Ikkunapaikka.fi Website

A native article (online advertorial) is an article 2,000 – 5,000 characters long, which can be produced either by the customer or by Ikkunapaikka’s editors.

Native Article Prices

  • Native article with ready-to-publish material produced by the customer €600 + VAT
  • Native article with material produced by Ikkunapaikka 2,000 – 3,000 characters €840 + VAT
  • Native article with material produced by Ikkunapaikka 3,001 – 5,000 characters €990 + VAT

The customer provides the illustration of the native article or the images can be delivered according to a separate agreement as a production of Ikkunapaikka or from image banks.

Job Advertisements in Ikkunapaikka

We apply reduced advertising prices to job advertisements as follows:

  • Job announcement as an online publication with ready-made material €300 + VAT
  • Job announcement as an online publication with ready-made material + social media package FB and LI combined €400 + VAT
  • We recommend including newsletter visibility as well!

Appointment news both in the newspaper and on the website are free of charge.

5. Terms of Advertising

Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days prior to the material deadline. The cancellation of the front page of the print magazine must be notified at least 28 prior to the material deadline. Later cancellations will be charged the full gross price of the advertisement.

Complaints
Complaints concerning printing quality must be made in writing within 14 days after publication of the magazine. Should an advertisement have been left out, published at the wrong time or be proven to have been faulty, the advertisement fee shall be returned in full. No other compensation will be paid.

Invoicing
Terms of payment 14 days, notice period 8 days and late payment interest 8%.

Right of Reference
Ikkunapaikka has the right to inform about the advertising customers in its channels and to use public materials in its own marketing.

Additional Work
The production of materials is included in the price only if separately agreed in advance. Any additional work related to the production, editing or translation of materials or other unspecified additional work will be charged on an hourly basis according to the current production prices.
